Henry was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia and holds a BBA in Marketing from Georgia State University and an MBA in Management from Kennesaw State University.Thanks to their almost 300 years of combined industry expertise, the partnership between Kawneer and PGP will enable the companies to add to their customer and architectural coverage for the combined Kawneer/Traco product portfolio of high performing architectural aluminium products and systems. Successfully building the team, Henry moved to manage the Training Department to provide hands-on training for customers on how to fabricate and install systems and industry overviews for internal personal. He has created and led Kawneer’s participation in educational sessions at both GreenBuild and AIA Annual conventions. In 2009, Henry was also elected Chairman of the Glass Association of North America’s (GANA) Building Envelope Contractors (BEC) division for two consecutive two-year terms. Returning to Kawneer to start the Architectural Services Team, Henry’s responsibilities included assisting architects in all project stages to select the appropriate Kawneer systems, detail them and confirm performance requirements. In addition, he worked with Arch Aluminum and Glass in the Marketing Department and was responsible for advertising, product promotions, sales training and new product introductions. Henry also served in a variety of sales positions for Glass Enterprise and YKK AP. Henry began his career as an Architectural Sales Representative for Kawneer in Detroit, later assuming the position of Field Sales for the Western Michigan territory. He brings more than 30 years of experience in sales, marketing and training within the building and construction industry. Henry Taylor currently serves as the Manager of Kawneer’s Training Department.
